Experienced Business Analyst for Property & Services Projects Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for optimizing business processes and driving impactful change?
We are seeking an experienced and flexible Business Analyst with a background in Property, Construction, or Service Delivery environments to join a respected organization in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand business needs and prepare high-level and detailed documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and business cases.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure positive project outcomes.
Establish both high-level and detailed process mapping to support business transformation initiatives.
Develop business cases to support EOI and RFT processes, ensuring documentation is compelling and fact-based.
Adapt quickly to evolving business models and operating environments within the Property Department.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst across various sectors, with a strong preference for experience in Property, Construction, or Service Delivery.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, and preparing business cases.
Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills, with a positive and constructive approach to engaging with stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability in authoring executive-level reports and obtaining high-level signoffs.
Proficiency in Visio and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Ability to undergo and pass a Criminal Record Check.
Contract Terms: Engagement Type: 6-month contract with high likelihood of extending for a further 6 months Start Date: Immediate, depending on candidate availability Daily Rate: $750/day plus super This role presents a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on meaningful projects.
