Our client seeks a versatile Consultant skilled in both Business Analysis and Project Management. The candidate must have experience with various HR systems to provide expert recommendations on the best system to implement. This role involves independently leading workshops and crafting detailed business cases and roadmaps. Your expertise will be crucial in defining project scope, ensuring successful outcomes, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops and facilitate meetings to gather and analyse business requirements.Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Evaluate and recommend HR systems, processes, and procedures.Develop and present detailed business cases and strategic roadmaps.Utilise business architecture and process mapping skills to optimise operations.Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Deliver consulting insights to enhance business performance and drive innovation.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong Project Management capabilities.Extensive experience with various HR systems and the ability to recommend the best system for the organisation.Consulting experience with expertise in business architecture and process mapping.Exceptional self-management skills and the ability to work independently.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in developing business cases and strategic roadmaps.A track record of driving projects to successful outcomes with quality deliverables.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
