Finance Systems Transformation Project2 year Fixed Term ContractNSW Based roles - open to Eastern Seaboard for highly skilled applicantsWe are embarking on a Finance Systems Transformation journey and are looking for a driven and organised Project Coordinator.Reporting to the Finance Systems Transformation Delivery Lead, with guidance you will support the delivery of projects/initiatives or specific aspects/phases within the project and provide administrative support to the program.What you'll doThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and high-energy project team while applying your understanding of project fundamentals while building key connections across the business.Develop cadence and rhythms for engagement across the core Program team including conflict management of commitments required across the multiple projects within the ProgramSupporting the Program Manager on tracking and monitoring tasks at the whole of Program level and the interdependencies with individual projects within the ProgramManage expenses, including travel & entertainment spend for core team within the Program to budgetProject administration such as keeping minutes, scheduling meetings (including arranging room set up), assisting with group meetings/team eventsCreate information/presentation packs the Finance General Managers leading the Program can use in meetings & presentationsWhat you'll bringYou will understand Project Management fundamentals - with the ability to support aspects of a project throughout its life cycle change across finance, integration, quality, risk, safety, time, resources & scope in the context of a project or initiative or phases.High level of organisation and forward planning abilityA willingness to learn and grow with an ever-changing landscapeThe ability to identify and align the capability (people, tools) time and effort needed to execute the deliveryA drive to support and interact with your peers and colleagues throughout the project life cycle of each initiativePrevious experience in a BA, Grad, Administrator or Store Operations roleWhat you'll experienceThe opportunity to grow within the groupStrong mentorship and development; opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest and best minds in AustraliaUnparalleled growth opportunitiesA global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline - with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.Everyone belongs at Woolworths GroupDiversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
