In this role, you will support initiatives that enable the Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) business to adhere to global and local regulatory requirements. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure they can deliver against the operational resilience framework.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Working with key stakeholders to ensure they can deliver against the Operational Resilience (and CPS230) framework. Reviewing and understanding regulatory requirements HSBC needs to fulfil, and explaining them to key stakeholders. Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to guide them in delivering planned work. Completing process review and mapping activities of critical processes. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the product, operations & technology teams. Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working, and engaging the team and functions on regular retrospectives to identify suggestions for change.
