Business Analyst (Privacy Risk) Division: Risk

About the Role As a Business Analyst on the Privacy Reforms program, you will be playing a key role in uplifting ANZ's privacy management risk tools and processes. You will work with a wide group of stakeholders to help design, build, and implement new solutions that will be used across ANZ.

Role Type: 12 months Fixed-term
Role Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/week
What will your day look like? As a Business Analyst, you will:
Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders. Examine the data gathered, break down into key components, and problem solve issues. Assess potential solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with strategic objectives. Help business and Technology team members to design business processes and technical solutions. Help document and deliver stakeholder communications and other stakeholder engagement. Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Conduct or support testing activities to ensure that solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards. Support the implementation of changes by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to stakeholders. Assist project managers with planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress and deliverables. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. Capability to identify root causes of issues and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges. Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies to assist in project planning, tracking, and coordination. Skill in creating clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and project reports. Willingness to stay updated on Privacy obligations and Privacy management industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Experience of working in major system implementation projects Experience of working in a project or BAU function with exposure to Privacy concepts and requirements You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
