A leading energy provider is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Digital Division, supporting the transition to a Directive PMO.
This critical role will focus on portfolio planning, process design, and stakeholder engagement to deliver key initiatives within the PMO Transition Program.Key Responsibilities:Develop business cases, process documentation, and specifications to support PMO initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable outcomes.Lead or contribute to process design, testing, and change management activities.Analyse and document "as-is" and "to-be" business processes using appropriate notations.Support backlog management and agile delivery using tools like Jira.Research and evaluate additional products/solutions for portfolio management.About You:5+ years of experience in Business Analysis within large, complex environments.Strong knowledge of PMO establishment activities, processes, and portfolio management.Proven ability to develop business process models and maintain documentation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including SCRUM and Jira.Desirable: Knowledge of P3O and the Energy Industry.To apply, please click the 'Apply' button to submit the most recent copy of your resume and cover letter.
