Job Description About the Role
As a Business Analyst at Indue you will undertake detailed analysis of business and user processes, systems and requirements to support the scoping and delivery of cards and payment projects. Within this you will work closely with all relevant stakeholder groups, particularly Project Managers, ensuring they are effectively engaged and informed throughout each project.
Responsibilities for the role include: Drive the process of analysing, scoping and documenting user and system requirements for projects and products as required. This includes facilitating stakeholder workshops and client engagement. Undertaking detailed Business and technical analysis documentation and evaluation of business processes, system analysis and procedures before providing recommendations. Identify and evaluate compliance requirements and risks as they relate to system capabilities and client requirements and develop appropriate control measures. Collaboration and involvement in pre-sales business analysis and provision of input into RFPs. Contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of the corporate project management processes. About You

Your mature approach, ability to manage expectations, and appreciation of business pressures outside of your immediate area allow you to effectively assess and then implement enhancements in collaboration with your stakeholders while achieving key outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have all or majority of the following skills and attributes:
Demonstrated Business Analysis experience in at least one or more of the below in Banking or Payments industry: Scheme and regulatory experience (Visa, MasterCard, NPP, APN, BPAY, DE) Core banking system experience with exposure to Payments related messages (ISO8583/AS2805 / ISO20022). Experience / exposure in one or more of the following Fraud, AML, mobile provisioning, NPP, Pay To, Cards issuance, authorisation. Experience in organisation wide Business and system analysis, identifying PCI-DSS related compliance in various systems and documenting processes and procedures. Demonstrated experience in card payments industry and technologies. Demonstrated experience on Digital wallets and their integration with Token Service Providers Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and manage varied client and stakeholder relationships and manage expectations. Demonstrated ability to effectively elicit, interpret, analyse and translate complex business information from stakeholders into documented solutions. Experience in a similar role with an emphasis on requirements gathering, detailed design, technical and functional specification, and stakeholder management. Intermediate to advanced level skills in the day-to-day use of typical Microsoft programs (including Visio, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
