We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in a combination of the following switch systems' Base 24, CONNEX, Cybersource, Data Navigator, EFTPOS, Fiserv Galaxy, FIS Connex, Omnipay, and Pega (disputes).
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of payment systems.
Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to payment systems.Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of switch systems, including ACI Base 24, CONNEX, Cybersource, Data Navigator, EFTPOS, Fiserv Galaxy, FIS Connex, Omnipay, and Pega (disputes).Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows or systems and propose solutions to optimize business processes.Documentation: Create detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
Generate reports to communicate findings effectively.Liaison: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.Functional Specifications: Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories, guiding the development of software or system solutions.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to validate developed solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.Monitoring and Feedback: Monitor implemented solutions, gather feedback, and recommend further enhancements to align with evolving business needs.Required Skills and Experience: Switch Systems Expertise: Proven experience with a combination of the following: ACI Base 24, CONNEX, Cybersource, Data Navigator, EFTPOS, Fiserv Galaxy, FIS Connex, Omnipay, and Pega (disputes).Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and convey technical information clearly.Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry-specific knowledge to align solutions with organizational goals.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services industry.Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis).Full working rights – Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident#J-18808-Ljbffr
