The PRMs Business Analyst works collaboratively to identify and act on opportunities for innovation in care delivery by facilitating the contribution of key internal and external stakeholders in the reform and innovation of integrated care and patient experience programs.This position will undertake the full role of supporting all project management activities relating to the procurement, design, implementation and evaluation of the PRMs Health Outcomes and Patient Experience (HOPE) Platform.
