Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join the Network Operations team in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and documenting key activities to support the delivery of projects in the Network Operations portfolio. This role will provide critical support to Senior Project Managers and Change Managers while ensuring business outcomes are met.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, facilitate, and document executive summaries, requirements, and backlog management.Engage with stakeholders to support non-technical delivery activities.Model business processes to ensure delivery outcomes and benefit realisation.Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, outlining their business impact.Develop functional specifications and simplify technical information for diverse team members.Support solution testing as needed.Essential Skills and Experience: Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.Proven ability to work independently.Experience with infrastructure and COTS application upgrade projects.Ability to analyse and simplify technical jargon for broader team comprehension.Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience with OT systems, such as SCADA.Background in consulting.Knowledge of automation tools, such as Ansible.To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact David Ruiz on 03 86804202 or email: ****** and quote the above job reference number.
