ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst

(Maximo ) to support our asset management initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and provide expertise in Maximo Asset Management implementations.
You will play a key role in process mapping, requirements analysis, and delivering effective solutions that leverage Maximo to enhance asset management capabilities.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Work closely with Solution Designers and business teams to understand asset management processes and gather high-level requirements for input into the Asset Management (AM) business case.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to document system requirements, conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement or leveraging the Maximo solution.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Maximo implementations, supporting the solution design team with the development of the data model and solution architecture.
Validate discovery phase outputs and provide recommendations for module prioritization and delivery.
Engage with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Educate business users on Maximo's capabilities and opportunities to maximize the system's value.
Review system design documentation, providing feedback to ensure the solution aligns with business needs.
Identify and address solution gaps while recommending improvements based on previous Maximo implementation experiences.

MORE ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Maximo Business Analyst with a focus on asset management systems for building, maintaining, and decommissioning assets.
In-depth knowledge of Maximo applications and their integration with financial processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Maximo certifications in asset management modules are a plus.
Certifications in one or more Maximo modules.
Experience across the full end-to-end Asset Management value chain.
