About the Role
The Manage My Money (MMM) value stream helps our customer manage their money, it's as simple as that.
As an Analyst, your mission is to help gather and clarify requirements.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a very experienced Business Analyst looking for an interesting challenge to play a key role in getting ANZ Plus internet banking built to complement our mobile offering.
This new build is critical to support the strategic agenda of migrating existing customers onto the ANZ Plus propositions.
You'll be working with a team of talented product owners, designers and engineers tasked with shaping, building and releasing to market to meet the needs of our customers.
This is a high profile feature and is one of the key roadmap deliverables for ANZ Plus looking to be delivered mid way through FY25.

What could your day look like?
Translating the vision into business/technical requirements that the squad can build, test and implement, iterate Uncover dependencies and validate boundaries, sequence/mapping of user stories, acceptance criteria Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements, this includes aligning with other squads on end-to-end customer journeys Defining data and insight requirements to track feature usage and contribution to strategic priorities Assist the team with work required for process, risks, obligations and controls.

This role is more than requirements gathering, we'll rely on you and your expertise on how to best arrange and improve how we work Extensive experience working within cross-functional, agile or continuous delivery teams Ability to engage and influence across multiple stakeholder groups Business Analyst / Product development type background, delivering web applications or mobile applications on iOS, Android.
(Understanding event-based architecture will help) A desire to continuously learn new techniques and technologies, bringing innovative ideas into the team You know how to respectfully challenge the status quo and always question, "is this feature in the best interest of the customer".
