Job Description:
On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Business Analyst (ITSM) to work on the IT Service Management Project. The project's primary objective is to replace the current IT Service Management (ITSM) tool with an Enterprise Service Management Tool. The project is currently in the pre-implementation phase.
Qualifications: Technical and Leadership Skills: Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis Strong Stakeholder Management Communication with Non-Technical Stakeholders Collaboration Across Teams Expectations Management Technical Awareness Enterprise Service Management delivery experience is a MUST Strong Process Mapping and Workflow Design SAFe knowledge Documentation and Communication Clear and Concise Documentation Cross-Team Communication Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written High level of self-motivation and initiative Ability to work well under pressure Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships Team Environment:
This candidate will work with our operational e-commerce team located at the Atrium.
Hourly rate: $80/hr - $90/hr.
