Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in investment management or REIT? Do you have experience with property accounting processes and property management/ERP systems like MRI, Yardi, or similar? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the RFP Process : Oversee the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a suite of new applications, leading with a new investment Management system. Business Process Redesign : Work closely with stakeholders to scope, redefine, and optimize business processes to align with the new systems. Implementation Leadership : Manage the implementation of selected systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and drive efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and project updates. System Integration : Ensure seamless integration between property management, accounting, and reporting systems. Support Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the implementation of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting systems, with a focus on improving accuracy and functionality. Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an investment management or property firm . Strong knowledge of property accounting processes and familiarity with property management/ERP systems (MRI, Yardi, or similar). Experience with AP Automation. Experience leading RFP processes and managing large-scale system implementations . Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting tools and management reporting systems is highly desirable.
