Our host company offers meaningful work experience, strong supervision, and a supportive work environment, and looking to offer permanent employment for a suitable candidate.
ABOUT YOU: You must:be studying a relevant degree qualification or a recent graduate. have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. have the necessary technical and soft skills to perform the job. be committed to a career in your field of study. be able to work at least 3 days per week.
LEARNING OUTCOMES: You could be provided work experience in the following areas:Improve computer systems and applications, which requires analysis and testing of all systems currently in use by the business Design and write new computer programs and applications Test and debug all current and new applications on a regular basis Find data and computer system risks and implement new programming to address and eliminate these risks Create data conversion scripts in order to digitally store data. Some highly sensitive information may need to be encrypted before it is entered into the system. Research data and write reports about computer systems, processes, and application Communicate with technical teams.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:Microsoft Excel: For data analysis, pivot tables, and financial modeling. SQL: To query and analyze data from databases. Power BI / Tableau: Tools for data visualization and reporting. Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle): For gathering and analyzing business data. Microsoft Visio / Lucidchart: For process flow and system diagram creation.
LOCATION: The host company is located at Melbourne.
