About the role: Fulfill the role of Business Analyst on development, maintenance and upgrade projects. Prepare and manage CEI systems project documentation including the creation of process maps, functional specifications, testing documentation and project plans. Work with staff from across the University to perform project tasks such as gathering business requirements, writing test plans and user acceptance testing. More specifically the role entails: - Undertake informed, evidence-based decisions by sourcing and interpreting University and business information. - Demonstrate commitment to delivering stakeholder centric services and keeping stakeholder interests at the core of business decisions. - Ensure system and business analyst work is implemented in accordance with University polices & protocols. - Support the development, innovation and on-going improvement of InPlace and the Educational Partnerships Register, provide guidance to System Support Officers and stakeholders across the University.
