Business Analyst - Infinite Consulting

Job Description Our Federal Government Client requires an experienced Business Analyst with knowledge and experience in a Pega based IT solution. It is expected that the successful candidate will possess an active Baseline Clearance and PEGA Business Architect certification. You will work in within a small Agile SAFe team, closely with the Agency's customers, business subject matter experts, end users, developers and other technical specialists. This role will see you conduct analysis and define requirements to support the uplift of the Designs business system. Essential: Demonstrated experience over multiple years working as a Senior Business Analyst using agile methodology (SAFe preferred), on large and complex IT systems. Demonstrated ability to identify business problems, and design transformative solutions that realise desired business outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical teams. Demonstrated experience working effectively and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary IT delivery teams. PEGA Business Architect Certification. Desirable: Experience with BPM and cloud-native technologies. Experience with data architecture and/or data modelling and SQL. Education and certifications related to business analysis.
