How will I help? We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the achievement of Westpac's strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systems. Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs. Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information that support Westpac to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value. Requirements analysis and Lifecycle management: All requirements, process and functional specifications. What do I need? You will have at least 5 years Business Analyst experience.
