Undertake business analyst duties for a number of concepts.
• Project Management Office – Ballarat, Berwick or Gippsland Campus • 3x full-time, fixed-term appointments until December 2025 • HEW 7 - $97,371 p.a.

About the role You will undertake business analyst duties for a number of concepts, business cases and projects, and potentially programs of projects as part of project delivery at the University.
You will build relationships with current and potential system users, along with undertaking project planning, building business process and requirements, technical development, writing plans and reports and evaluating project outcomes.
You will: contribute to aspects of operational planning, management and continuous improvement (feedback and systematic improvements); conduct stakeholder analysis and planning for business analysis tasks and communication; research user needs and business problems using a range of strategies; document business, task, and workflow processes using industry standard methods; and review technical/functional solution designs, recommending alternatives where appropriate.
About you Using your understanding of business processes, you will consult widely within the University to ensure that functional designs are developed for relevant systems meeting the strategic needs of the University.
You will possess: business analysis or project management skills in current methodologies; experience in business process review, systems analysis and design; ability to provide strategic support and advice; and interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise, negotiate with and influence others, to achieve objectives.
