Join a nationally beloved food chain as they're expanding their IT team. They're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join them. You'll play a crucial role in collaborating with business stakeholders to capture both functional and technical requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and business initiatives.
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough technical analysis to define business logic, establish data mapping and governance, and set criteria for project success.Capture and document functional requirements along with related business processes.Gather, analyse, and document requirements for business systems and ongoing support needs.Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.Participate in project planning, support project delivery, and assist in project management.Develop, manage, and track project plans and business cases.Proactively identify and address project Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID).Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and set clear acceptance criteria.Facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.Manage and prioritise defects and enhancement requests raised during testing.About You: 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions.Expertise in developing functional requirements documents.Functional experience with supply chain, HRIS, payroll, ERP and finance systems.Familiarity with Master Data practices, Data Governance, data integration, and transformation concepts.Relevant industry experience from either a Food and Beverage or retail background is a must.To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button.
