Your role: We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support key digital projects.
This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery while maintaining and enhancing documentation tools and standards.
As a hands-on role, the position emphasizes managing key internal stakeholders and coordinating workflows between internal and external teams.
The role ensures that all project components are effectively documented, clearly communicated, and efficiently managed to meet deadlines.
In addition, this role involves assessing business requirements and documenting them using appropriate tools to ensure they align with business needs and are ready for development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders throughout project stagesDevelop business requirements, user stories, and process flows using agile tools, and maintain traceability and governancePrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and balancing stakeholder expectationsParticipate in functional and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and objectivesCollaborate with teams on digital projects, including websites, e-commerce, and CRM, to ensure successful project deliverySkills & Experience Skilled in managing senior stakeholders and ensuring smooth project delivery across cross-functional and offshore teamsFamiliar with digital technologies, including Umbraco, Hubspot, SAP, POS, and eCommerce applications would be helpful but not essentialStrong analytical skills, focused on understanding business needs, defining requirements, and driving successful outcomesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear documents, present ideas effectively, and facilitate workshops to build strong stakeholder relationshipsHow to apply: We are looking to speak with you asap, please apply online!
