Business Analyst

Successful Insurance Building Company Oakleigh South Office Location with Hybrid Available Base circa $75K – $80K plus Superannuation This impressive business provides repair building work on behalf of many of Australia's well-known insurance agencies. With a history spanning over 35 years, the group is a leader in its field. An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Business Analyst with the ability to deliver insights in plain English to join the team.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will provide fact-based information and reporting on business outputs, to assist in the development and delivery of strategy and KPIs. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders, and your analysis and problem-solving will help to develop key success metrics. You will also use data to identify opportunities for ongoing business and process improvement.

Ideally tertiary qualified, you will present with previous experience in an analytical role in a metrics-driven industry (insurance experience will be viewed favourably). You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organisation. Systematic and well-organised, you are now looking to bring your skills to a successful, growing organisation.
