About the role As our Business Analyst, you will be part of the Strategic Projects business area and will work closely with a small team to improve business processes, make strategic decisions and contribute to the smooth operation of the company.
About you You will be a wizard with data and analytics with a demonstrated background in implementing process improvements that contribute to the overall efficiency of a business. Ideally your working background, knowledge and skills will highlight your:
Proven track record of success working in cross functional teams to drive strategic projects and business improvement initiatives. Ability to communicate insights effectively both in person and on paper and think critically. Exceptional time management and organisational skills with an ability to manage various tasks/projects at one time. Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and make improvements. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to implement goal orientated strategies. Advanced proficiency in the use of various software & business systems – particularly Excel, SharePoint, Power BI & Flowchart Software.
