About the company- Our client is in infrastructure, building, rail and transport business operating in Australia and New Zealand.
Headquartered in Melbourne.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in Time and Attendance systems to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Workforce Management Systems (WFS) and SAP, with a strong understanding of industry-leading time and attendance systems such as Kronos or Kris.
This role will be crucial in optimizing our timekeeping processes and ensuring seamless integration with our broader HR and payroll systems.
About the role:Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current time and attendance systems to identify areas for improvement.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and accuracy in tracking employee time and attendance.
Implementation & Integration: Oversee the implementation of time and attendance solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Facilitate integration between time and attendance systems and other enterprise systems such as SAP.
Ensure systems are aligned with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Support & Training: Provide technical support for time and attendance systems, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of the system.
Create documentation and user guides to support system use and troubleshooting.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze time and attendance data to generate reports that support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Identify trends and patterns to provide actionable insights to management.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
Project Management: Manage projects related to time and attendance systems, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Prepare status reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience 6+ years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on time and attendance systems.
Hands-on experience with Workforce Management Systems (WFS) and SAP.
Familiarity with time and attendance systems such as Kronos, Kris, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes related to timekeeping.
Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
