This role will suit individuals that have worked within highly matrixed stakeholder environments that include multi-vendor, government and internal external operations and technology teams.What we're looking for2-5 years of business analysis experienceProven working experience in rapid deploymentsExperience in using JIRA and ConfluenceExperienced in agile project methodology2-5 years producing and documenting processes and proceduresContact centre experience including telephony, CRM and integrations (desirable)Why work with usWe believe our strength comes from our talented and dedicated staff.
