ABOUT THE ROLEThis is an exciting 12-month maternity leave cover for a dynamic Business Analyst.
You'll work on a new NBN project, partnering closely with a Tech Lead and delivery teams to drive customer-facing initiatives.
This role suits someone with startup experience or from smaller, fast-paced environments, who thrives on collaboration, agility, and wearing multiple hats to adapt to evolving priorities.
Hiring will kick off from mid Jan with the salary between $125-$135k + super.
DUTIES Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Write clear, actionable user stories to guide development teams.
Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams.
Partner closely with the Tech Lead to support delivery.
Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Navigate and manage ambiguity within a lean, agile structure.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Business Analyst in startups or smaller, agile environments.
Strong collaboration skills, especially partnering with Tech Leads and developers.
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery practices.
Ability to thrive in less structured settings, balancing multiple responsibilities.
Demonstrated experience creating user stories and conducting workshops.
