Business Analyst

24th December, 2024A Data Analyst within the CDM Team is a professional who will work with the BUSINESS CAPABILITY TEAM and focus on analysis and problem-solving related to data, types of data, and relationships among data sets across the CDM data platform.The Data Analyst role can vary across the various capability teams within CDM; however, it typically involves: Analysing and mining data to identify patterns and correlations among various data points;Mapping and tracing data from multiple systems to solve a business problem;Performing statistical analysis of data residing on the CDM data platform;Identifying new business-level data quality issues and forming the associated rules to be applied;Determining the categorisation of data quality issues into sets for remediation treatment;Informing remediation prioritisation and sequencing.The technologies involved include:Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP), Hive, and Power BI;Azure, SQLDW/Synapse (optional).To find out more about this role, please apply including an MS Word formatted CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
