They are seeking 2 x (senior) Business Analysts to assist with the implementation of regulatory changes that will affect most of their applications.
In order to qualify for this role, you must be able to start mid-January (late January at a stretch).
This will be an initial contract to the end of October 2025.
Key Responsibilities: Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
Develop and maintain business process models and data flows.
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
Support system upgrades and changes including user acceptance testing.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract deliverables.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential solutions.
Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst (applications, integration, system changes) – min 5+ years commercial experience Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in regulatory reform and compliance is highly desirable but not necessary Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
