Make a difference in a significant transformation project with a focus on operational efficiencyContribute to the development of new ways of working through organisational and process redesignHybrid working environment and collaborative colleaguesA competitive salary and benefits package that reflects your expertise, value and experienceWe will count on you to:Collaborate with client-facing leaders and brokers to analyse capabilities and skillsConduct discovery and analytics to identify processes suitable for moving to the Centre of Excellence (COE)Assist in the redesign of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and organisational processes to align with new ways of workingManage the business side of people change, tasks, and processes to support the organisation's change agendaWhat you need to have:Strong business analysis, organisational design, and process improvement experienceProven track record in business transitions or transformationsExperience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to complete requirements gathering & testingExperience in the building of implementation artefacts such as policies, procedures, system user documentation, communication and training materialExcellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong documentation, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of operational efficiency and cost management principlesWhat makes you stand out:Experience in large-scale transitions or transformationsFamiliarity with Centre of Excellence (COE) frameworks and best practicesKnowledge of change management principles and practicesPrevious experience within an insurance brokerage environmentApplications can be considered from candidates who have the appropriate approval to work in Australia.
