A leading commercial property group, currently going to significant growth, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Sydney.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving process improvements.
From developing analytical models and project management tools to preparing business plans and competitive intelligence reports, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth and direction of our business.
Key responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing analytical models, operational reports, and management tools to support divisional strategies.
Assisting in the creation of project budgets and KPI reports to ensure successful rollouts.
Preparing consolidated business unit and divisional strategy plans, industry reports, and competitive intelligence insights.
Developing comprehensive and concise business cases that support business growth initiatives.
Preparing detailed business plans to set the strategic direction for the company.
Delivering insightful and scalable analytical models and reports.
Preparing comprehensive and timely strategy plans, business cases, and business plans.
Supporting projects with practical and timely project management tools.
Producing actionable industry and competitive intelligence reports.
As the successful candidate, you will offer: 1-2 years of related work experience.
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
Experience in financial and data modelling, along with competent Excel skills.
The ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and solutions.
Confidence in addressing and solving complex quantitative challenges.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
A team-oriented mindset Strong verbal and written skills to clearly present ideas and findings.
