An exciting opportunity to join our Risk Management Group within the Central Projects and Change team. The team is responsible for governance of the Risk Management Group project portfolio and delivery of key risk and regulatory projects.

What role will you play?In this role, you will work as part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of a strategic digital program of work to further enhance risk management.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements to shape and deliver solutions which help staff to manage risk effectively across the Group.
What you offerDemonstrated experience as a business analyst within the financial services industry, in particular delivering technology projects is desiredExperience following a human-centred design approach to the analysis and design of digital solutionsExcellent analytical capability supported by clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsExperience in stakeholder management and influencing, managing within all levelsA working knowledge and exposure to Risk Management practices will be highly regardedAbout the Risk Management GroupIn our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
