About the Role
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role to help shape and refine our digital landscape.
This role isn't just about crunching numbers or drafting processes; it's about driving meaningful change, uncovering opportunities, and working hand-in-hand with teams to deliver practical, impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities Dive Deep: Investigate the organisation's operations to pinpoint gaps and discover opportunities for improvement.Strategise Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to create clear, actionable plans for projects and initiatives.Build Bridges: Foster strong, productive relationships with teams and decision-makers, ensuring everyone is on the same page.Keep it Clear: Break down complex ideas into easy-to-understand language for diverse audiences.Shape the Future: Develop and refine processes, tools, and frameworks that optimise business performance.Lead the Charge: Help guide project planning, change management efforts, and testing to ensure seamless delivery.Adapt on the Fly: Thrive in a fast-moving environment by balancing competing priorities and staying focused on outcomes.Stay Ahead: Keep up with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.About You Extensive experience in business analysis within a complex organisational setting.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.Strong working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.A commitment to driving innovation and delivering measurable improvements.Australian PR/citizen or on a long-term working visa.Application Process
