The Lendlease team is looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join us on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the Business and Digital, taking ownership of the delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance operations and technology solutions.
This role will support the optimisation of investment in IDC technologies for both new and existing solutions by conducting thorough business requirements gathering, validation, analysis, and prioritisation, ensuring all investment decisions are benefits-led.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with defined stakeholders to:Develop a comprehensive understanding of Business strategy and priorities, and technology needs and blockers.Conduct research, collation, analysis, and development of customer requirements to determine the best path/opportunities for solving business problems.Create and maintain appropriate documentation including use cases, user stories, personas, acceptance criteria, benefits logic maps, process maps, reports, dashboards, project plans, roadmaps, stakeholder plans, budgets, etc., to support control and progress of initiatives.Confirm project scope and secure full agreement on identified requirements and success criteria from initiation to completion.- Support the development of business cases via the analysis and consideration of operational and financial impacts of vendors, products, services, continuous improvement, and ongoing TCO.
- Proactively manage risk, leading the escalation and resolution of issues where required.
- Project manage initiatives to agreed timeframes and budgets, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are engaged in the approval.
- Focus on stakeholder management to build and manage strategic relationships with internal and external partners, driving positive outcomes across customer satisfaction, governance & compliance, performance, and benefits realisation.
- Work with Cyber, Business, Compliance, and Applications SMEs to ensure Portfolio applications comply with industry standards, best practice, and regulatory requirements.
About you: You will have a driven attitude and the desire to learn new skills.
You will also have:
5 years of Business Analyst or Project Management experience, particularly in technology projects and multi-stakeholder service delivery environments.Skilled in managing and prioritising multiple tasks, consistently delivering projects and deliverables within planned timelines.Strong strategic planning capabilities with a consulting mindset and proven business analysis skills.Experience working with senior stakeholders to develop solutions to solve business problems.The proven ability to manage end-to-end requirements in a collaborative environment.Experience with AI projects, technology pilots, and proof of concepts is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Technology, Commercial fields, Transformation, or a related discipline, providing a solid foundation for strategic analysis and project execution.At Lendlease, we offer workplaces that unite diverse minds; where respect, equitable treatment, and equitable opportunity are just the norm.
