Business Analyst - 55666 Sydney Full-time permanent Hybrid working model How will I help?
You will be working within the Product and Pricing village for Cash & Transactional Banking, to deliver transactional banking product and pricing capabilities for both new and existing customers.
As a Business Analyst you are accountable for bridging the gap between the business & technology communities to support the delivery of tailored fit for purpose solutions that meet the needs of customer and the product vision.
Leveraging the latest Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS) you will work in a squad using Agile methodologies to ensure the right outcomes are achieved efficiently whilst applying the right risk frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Driving the achievement of Westpac's strategy by working with stakeholders as directed to elicit, analyse, communicate, validate and manage requirements for changes to systems, business processes, policies, information and data Managing requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs Providing recommendations for process redesign and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information Ensure that the requirement and design are defined correctly and align and support the delivery of needed value Assess performance of solutions in use by the enterprise and remove constraints preventing the full realisation of the value Define the solution approach and identify opportunities to improve the business Adhere to Group governance, methodologies, frameworks and processes to manage and mitigate risk Ensure all necessary project documents and deliverables are completed and retained as required What's in it for me?

What do I need?
Relevant experience within a similar role, working a BA function across process improvement initiatives, end-end process engineering or transformation, or major information technology delivery projects.
A strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally.
Experience operating in Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
Qualified Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt.
Experience within financial services.
Knowledge of deposit products will be well regarded.
Product grandfathering or 'stop sell' experience.
