About the Role We are seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative Business Analyst to join our team.
As a Business Analyst with experience in Australian Equities post trade, you will leverage your technical and business acumen to support our clients in implementing our cutting-edge products and solutions.
Your role will encompass project support, specification, and testing, all aimed at ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities: Serve as a scope lead or product business analyst, utilizing your expertise to support clients in implementing our products and fulfilling necessary tasks.Collaborate with team members and liaise with development and technical teams to provide robust solutions for client needs.Conduct thorough testing and provide testing support for clients, ensuring project managers are informed regarding task progress.Document required developments using your knowledge and experience, capturing requirements from securities companies or investment banks.Utilize JIRA, RCDs, and other tools to document requirements, adhering to Broadridge IPE procedures for software lifecycle development.Work closely with development teams to implement changes and mentor less experienced team members on requirement explanations.Develop test plans, execute tests, and oversee test results, supporting clients in UAT and SIT structured testing.Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring all deliverables are provided on schedule to achieve revenue objectives. Key Relationships: Clients: Develop and nurture professional relationships with clients, working closely with them to ensure timely delivery of services.Technical Staff: Collaborate with technical teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.At least 5-7 years of experience in the Australian equity capital markets with a focus on post trade operations, technology and software delivery.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Jira.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
