Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Conducting detailed analysis to identify areas of improvement within processes, systems and customer journeys. Developing clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process maps and functional specifications. Supporting the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met and business objectives achieved. Engaging with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations and compliance, to ensure seamless project implementation. Acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging your knowledge of business banking to provide strategic recommendations. Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit requirements and drive consensus. Providing post-implementation support and ensure solutions meet business needs. Proven track record as a Business Analyst, with a focus on strategic programs in the business banking sector. Deep understanding of business banking, including lending, credit and cash management processes. Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends and create actionable insights. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation. Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, with a focus on delivering value to the business. Familiarity with banking systems, reporting tools and agile delivery methodologies.
