The role
A position has become available for a Business Analyst to join their property team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Work with Development & Asset Managers to Establish Leasing StrategiesConduct research on current market trends & Produce ReportsAssist in Due Diligence of New Investment or Acquisition OpportunitiesProvide Updates on Financial & Operating Performance of AssetsAssist to Prepare Internal Papers/Presentations to Senior Management Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have current experience as an Analyst with experience in property, management consulting, strategy or corporate planning.
Other key requirements include:
