What role will you play?
You will support the delivery of key strategic projects for Macquarie's Risk Management Group and work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
What you offer
5+ years of experience as a business analyst in the financial services industry, ideally with experience of delivering projects involving policy, process and workflow changes.
Excellent analytical capability supported by clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and work efficiently with stakeholders.
Thrive in an environment with evolving priorities and changing needs of the business.
A working knowledge and exposure to Operational Risk Management will be highly regarded.

About the Risk Management Group
In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
