Business Analyst

Sydney or Canberra, some WFH 6 + 6 + 6 month contract, weekly payroll Must have Baseline Security Clearance Our client, a mid-sized Federal Government entity focused on trade, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in December or January.

Responsibilities: Working closely with DPP and business project teams to ensure requirements are well understood, solutions tested, technical issues recorded and tracked, changes implemented, and business objectives met. Facilitating workshops and other collaboration or research activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet outcomes, such as identifying pain points and designing solutions and opportunities for improvement. Producing artefacts as required to assist teams to understand the problem and design an appropriate solution. This may include user stories, journey maps, blueprints, personas, functional requirements specifications. Provide input into a solution design that takes into account enterprise architecture, security, information, and data management in order to resolve complex issues for both near-term business objectives and predicted future needs. Criteria: Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in business analysis. Highly developed liaison, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Minimum 2 years experience in MS Dynamics CRM Projects.
