The Person/Role Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing, you will be a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to complement our high performing National Marketing team.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be essential in optimizing business processes and driving impactful change while supporting the Marketing and Sales organisational objectives.
Key responsibilities include: Analysing and maintaining internal and external transactional database.Opportunity identification via data driven insights.Preparation and sharing of recommendations, presentations and other associated marketing materials to key stakeholders to help support data driven findings. Monitoring and analysing of competitor activity, customer behaviours and market trendsAssessing solution for scalability and alignment with strategic goals.Enhancing customer satisfaction through all facets of service delivery in liaison with company staff and relevant suppliers.Key skills required for this role: Tertiary degree or diploma in Business or relevant field is well regarded.Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Product Marketing and Marketing technology.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements to actionable activities delivering growth and value adding solutions.Accurate with high attention to detail.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Highly organised and able to manage/prioritise workload whilst sticking to deadlines with high attention to detail.Clear and precise communication skills together with the ability to learn and understand technical product.Flexible enough to be part of a team yet work autonomously as required.An interest in cordless power tools, outdoor power equipment and accessories.
