THE ROLE The Business Analyst will foster and maintain strong relationships across key business functions and stakeholders and will utilise their business and technology expertise to assist JD Sports in achieving project milestones.
The Business Analyst will work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate these into actionable outcomes.
Reporting into the Strategy Delivery Manager, this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements for various key projects in line with the overall business strategyConduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed information regarding project objectives and deliverablesIdentify common issues as problems and deliver solutions that will address root causeDocument requirements, test cases and user documentsSupport project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgetsMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategiesSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure project deliverables meet business requirementsWHO YOU ARE Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role within big-box RetailBachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatoryStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
