About the role We're seeking a motivated Technical Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions and driving improvements across our organisation. This role will empower you to collaborate with stakeholders, streamline processes, and support the implementation of cutting-edge systems like the IBM Maximo Asset Management solution.
What you'll do Partner with cross-functional teams to capture, analyse, and refine business requirements that support efficiency and innovationGuide the delivery of business solutions by building strong relationships with stakeholders, analysing data, and identifying improvement opportunitiesPlay an instrumental role in implementing the IBM Maximo Asset Management solution, supporting asset optimisation and business growthCollaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure solutions align with long-term strategiesDocument processes and develop project plans while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentYour experience Expertise in requirements gathering, process documentation, project planning, testing methodologies, and change managementExceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and data flowsProven experience working across Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodsAbility to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectivesStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsThis role is best suited to someone with a proactive approach and has experience working within a complex and deadline driven environment.
