We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in HR Systems.
As a BA, you will play a crucial role in analysing, defining, and improving HR platforms and processes.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture, business case development, and business mapping, as well as a deep understanding of HR platforms and their pain points.
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of existing HR platforms and processes to identify pain points and areas for improvement.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR department heads and IT professionals, to define and clarify current business capabilities and functions.Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, to support proposed HR systems enhancements or implementations.Work closely with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure that HR systems meet business needs and objectives.Conduct workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from relevant stakeholders.Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management.Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in HR Systems.Strong knowledge and understanding of HR platforms, including their functionalities and pain points.Extensive experience in architecture, business case development, and business mapping.Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently, as well as collaborate effectively within a small team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.Familiarity with SAP and Oracle systems.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
