Job Description Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) across functions to understand, analyse, clarify, and prioritise business/technical functional and non-functional requirements and collaborate on outcomes.Document business and technical user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to enable testers to create their test cases.Ongoing management of requirements against scope.Provide input into testing approach documents.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.The Successful Applicant Must have Retail experience.Proven Business Analysis experience with backend functions shared between web and app, such as payment and loyalty (desirable).Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements.Analytical problem-solving.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.What's on Offer Attractive daily rateHybrid flexible working arrangementsOn-site cafeFitness club facilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
