We're looking for a Business Analyst to act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications within our vast community of solvers.
Use the know-how you've gained in Business analysis techniques. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems, often involving system development and process improvement in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
Day to day, you'll solve problems by preparing and analysing process models and workflows. In our Tech Hub, you'll also:

Mentor junior business analysts.
Role model standardised business analysis processes & framework.
Gather and document business requirements.
Conduct analysis and research (e.g. systems, capabilities etc.).
Conduct user acceptance testing.
Support and demonstrate consistency and delivery excellence.
Collaborate with project teams to implement solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis.
Align business needs with technical solutions.

Critical Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Strong business analysis skills.
Demonstrated experience in process modelling and workflows.
Strong experience with requirement elicitation.
Knowledge of 'Agile' delivery framework.
Strong facilitation and workshop skills.
Stakeholder communication.
An experienced technical expert who uses your specialized skills to provide advice, influence others, and help by directly contributing to solutions.
Ability to solve complex work problems leveraging overarching guardrails, experience and strong judgement.
Experience being a first level operational Team Leader with full responsibility for other team members (up to 10 people) to deliver results.
Ability to consider direction and form annual prioritisation of work.
Ability to be actively involved in large projects and/or leading medium scale projects.
