The Role We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Business Enablement Team.
As a Business Analyst you will analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
You work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and develop solutions to enhance profitability and streamline operations In the role you will Utilize BABOK principles to execute projects that deliver measurable efficiencies within the business.
Conduct stakeholder elicitation, facilitate meetings and workshops to gather business information for requirements definition and root cause analysis.
Review and analyse specifications and business cases and create Business Requirements Documents to ensure project success.
Support the implementation and hand-over to Business as Usual (BAU) and assist in user acceptance testing.
Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to deliver current and future needs.
Understand and comply with the risk management framework, adhering to risk and compliance obligations and reporting incidents when required.
About you You are a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with a proven track record of optimizing business processes in dynamic environments.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
Your commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making has been instrumental in driving successful financial projects and enhancing operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of banking and finance Experience in writing business requirements & technical documentation review.
