Role: Business Analyst12 months + extensionsNewstead, Brisbane2 days WFH weeklyCompetitive daily rateAbout the role: A Business Analyst with expertise in business analysis techniques, Microsoft D365, and CRM systems, responsible for coordinating and supporting processes across multi-discipline teams to achieve project outcomes that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.Required Skills:Strong understanding of market systems and their interactions, including experience with the following system types - Customer Information Systems, Meter Data Management, and Billing Systems.Skilled in Business Analysis techniques to translate business requirements into functional specifications for complex environments.Experience with initiatives involving Customer Information Systems, CRM, Meter Data Management, and Billing Systems.Knowledge of market transactions, end-to-end customer and market processes, customer job types, and AEMO market rules.Proven stakeholder management expertise, with the ability to engage technical teams, senior executives, and external vendors.Experienced in creating effective business process and data models (e.g., 'as is' and 'to be' models) using appropriate notations.Strong ability to elicit and document business information, clearly present issues and solutions in dynamic environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both business and technical stakeholders, senior management, and project teams.This role will be closing on Wednesday, 15th January.Please call Mangal Kadam on 07 3003 7693 or Donna Prince on 07 3291 5406 to learn more.
