Purpose of the Role: The Business Analyst position is crucial for optimizing business processes and delivering value through enhancements of our banking systems.
This role requires collaborative engagement with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, clarify, and validate system requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and specify functional and non-functional requirements.Reconcile conflicting requirements from various sources to uncover the true business needs behind user requests.Develop comprehensive knowledge of the banking domain to add measurable value to the organization.Deliver detailed and realistic requirement documents that are technically feasible for IT development and testing teams.Provide effective support and ongoing consultancy to IT teams, ensuring a deep understanding of business requirements for developing and testing solutions.Conduct training sessions on new features for other teams, including the testing team, to enhance understanding and facilitate smooth implementation.Offer ongoing consultancy on production issues to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.Qualifications and Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in an IT role within a banking environment.A solid understanding of how technology drives business value and benefits the end customer.Experience in analysis with knowledge of structured techniques and adherence to standards.Proven ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Good understanding of IT hardware, software, operations, and network infrastructures.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Why Join Us?
