Your role The position is responsible for providing analytical support to the organisation, specifically the Automotive Product team. The role will provide support on a wide range of initiatives as required by the Business Technologist, assist in reviewing processes and procedures for the Automotive division, and identify process improvements.
The Business Analyst will also provide support for the Operations & Reporting Analyst as required.
Analysis / Technical Requirements Provide support on a wide range of initiatives as required by the Head of Product Team.Review processes and procedures for the Automotive Operations team and ensure documents remain up to date at all times.Assist with investigation into new initiatives for the Automotive business as required.Identify process improvements in the Automotive Operations team and assist with the implementation of those process improvements.Conduct Automotive Business Intelligence Reporting to assist in the analysis of the automotive business as required.Assist in the development of Automotive business cases and scope and build business requirements to support Automotive projects as required.Develop and deliver reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations as required.Effectively communicate and manage expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.Provide project management support for initiatives and projects as required, such as Convention.Skills, Knowledge and Attributes Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 2010 including Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Word or other related processing packages.Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated strong problem management skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Experience Business analysis experience in a medium to large organisation.
Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in a technical, IT or business related discipline (preferred).
