As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to align portfolio priorities with organisational goals. You will ensure improved project delivery efficiency by maintaining a financially sound project portfolio within budget and resource constraints. Your role will involve streamlining management processes, enhancing collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams, and driving continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for reporting on project portfolio status, progress, and issues to relevant stakeholders. This role is tailor-made for someone who flourishes in enhancing collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams and driving continuous improvement through the adoption of best practices.
Forge strong relationships with stakeholders to identify strategic objectives and priorities.Maintain a comprehensive master portfolio that consists of all projects and products.Prioritise and review work within the portfolio based on business goals, budgets and resource availability.Manage Project Framework including continuous improvement to enhance project delivery efficiency.Develop and maintain project and product funnel process, directing new ideas to the correct business areas.Report on project portfolio status, progress, and issues to relevant stakeholders.Administer Steering Committee and Prioritisation Reviews.Collaborate with Finance teams to forecast and track financial implications of the project portfolio and support budget cycles.
